Tom Sarginson – Director

Tom has 10 years of experience in the Asian golf market, having been an events manager on the European/ Asian Tours before he set up City Golf with his business partners, Steve Ebsworth and Tom Wheeler.  With a love of all things golf and a desire to expand the game across Malaysia, Tom is committed to making golf more accessible to more people.

Rick Currin – Head Teaching Professional

Rick is a fully qualified professional under the PGA of South Africa. He has extensive worldwide teaching experience with players at every level of the game – from absolute beginner to Tour Professional.

Rick started playing the game at the age of 11 at Southbroom Golf Club on the East Coast of South Africa. He reached a +5 handicap before commencing his 4 year PGA apprenticeship. He has played part time on the Sunshine Tour in South Africa as well as some mini tour events in Florida, USA.

With extensive experience in club fitting, Rick works closely with Alistair Guthrie at the Old Club House @ City Golf and can help you to get the best out of your game through correct equipment advice.

Daniel Franklin Gomez – General Manager

With over 10 years experience in new media development and marketing in the sports sector, Daniel has established successful strategic partnerships with reputable sports companies as well as securing new businesses in both the online sportsbook and sports rights industries.

Daniel joins City Golf after 3 years at Total Sports Asia as Senior Manager of Media, where, among his many notable achievements, he acquired the sports rights to Real Madrid FC on a representation basis. He secured over 40 different rights and helped launch the company’s online streaming sports portal, where he generated over 10000 subscribers through social marketing and interactivity from live stream events.
